1. How Do I Measure My Dog?

Our sizing is based on chest girth and body length, not weight. The most important measurement is the chest girth:

• Measure under your dog’s armpits, wrapping the tape around the largest part of the chest.
• Use the sizing chart below the product description to choose the right size.

2. What Size Should I Order for My Frenchie?

Our apparel is specially designed for French Bulldogs, Pugs, and Boston Terriers.

• Refer to the size chart below each product description and measure your dog as shown in the guide.
• For puppies: Choose 1 size up, as they grow quickly.
• For adult Frenchies: Chest girth for a full-grown Frenchie is about 20"-23". Sizes XL or 2XL are typically ideal.

3. Is the Size Consistent Across All Clothes?

Not always! Size may vary based on fabric, design, and cut. Please check the size chart for each product before ordering.

4. Where Will My Parcel Ship From?

Our products are shipped from warehouses in Korea, China, or the UK, depending on inventory and your location. You may receive your items in separate packages for faster delivery.

6. Where Is My Package?

Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days after you receive the tracking email.

Note: Frenchiely is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." If you can’t locate your package:

2. Look around the delivery area.
3. Check for a delivery attempt notice.
4. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

• Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over $79.00; flat rate $9.99 for orders below $79.00.

Express Shipping: Available at checkout; costs vary by location and service.

10. Customs and Tariffs

Customs fees are not included. We mark items as gifts to reduce fees, but please contact your local customs if needed.

11. Returns Policy

For the safety of French Bulldogs’ sensitive skin:

• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, hair-free, and resellable within 30 days of purchase.
• We do not accept size-related returns. Please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure about sizing.
• If you receive the wrong or defective product, we’ll send a replacement and cover shipping.

Note: Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

12. Exchanges

Since January 19, 2019, we no longer accept exchanges based on size due to hygiene concerns. Contact us for assistance, and we’ll provide a satisfactory solution.

13. Can I Machine-Wash Dog Clothes?

• Recommended: Hand wash with pet-friendly detergent and air dry.
• For machine washing: Use cold water on a delicate cycle and air dry.
• Important: Metallic or shiny reflective clothes must be hand-washed only.

Quick Tips (If You’re Short on Time):

Before placing your order, write down your Frenchie’s age, chest girth, back length, and neck girth in the Order Notes section (found below the Shopping Cart). This helps us double-check the size before shipping.

For Full-Grown French Bulldogs

Step 1: Measure Your Frenchie
Use a soft measuring tape to measure:

• Chest Girth: Measure right under your pup’s armpits and around the largest part of their chest.
• Neck Girth: Measure around the base of the neck.

💡 Note: Weight may not always be accurate for sizing. Each dog is unique, so always measure and refer to the sizing chart on the product page.

Step 2: Pick the Right Size
Choose your favorite outfit and check the size chart under the product description.

• If your Frenchie is between two sizes, go for the larger one.
• For stretchy fabrics, you can size down for a snug fit. If you prefer a looser style, opt for the larger size.

For French Bulldog Puppies

If your Frenchie is already home:

• Measure them with soft tape and refer to the size chart under each product description.
• Since cuts and fabrics vary, always check the individual size chart before adding to your cart.

If you haven’t brought your Frenchie home yet:

• Start with size M or L as a general guide.
• Important: Puppies grow quickly! We recommend choosing 1-2 sizes UP to allow for growth.

Standard full-grown French Bulldogs have a chest size of 20"-23". Sizes XL or 2XL are typically the best fit.
