Tracking Your Order

  1. How can I track my package?
    After your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door.

  2. Why hasn’t my package moved yet?

    • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Delays: During peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may vary. Refer to our Shipping Policy for the latest updates.
    • Out-of-Stock Items: Occasionally, we may run out of popular items while processing your order.
      • Restocking typically happens within 3 business days, and your order will be held until the item is back in stock.
      • If multiple items are out of stock, those items will be refunded to your original payment method, and the rest of your order will ship promptly. You’ll receive an email update in such cases.

Order Issues

  1. Why was my order canceled?
    Orders may be canceled for the following reasons:

    • The item(s) sold out before fulfillment.
    • There’s a delay in restocking.
    • Billing issues: Your billing address didn’t match the one on file with your credit card.
      • What to do: Contact your bank or credit card issuer to verify your billing address. Once updated, you can place a new order with the correct information.
  2. Important Note:
    Orders that don’t meet the bonus policy requirements won’t qualify for free gifts.
