FAQs about Orders and Deliveries and the COVID-19 virus

Frenchiely is running business as usual. However, due to the current climate, there have been some changes in shipping to particular countries with further delays and/or cancellations. While we endeavor to dispatch your orders within our timeframes, some experiences you may encounter are completely out of our control due to new policies being implemented within domestic carriers.

 

 

USPS is experiencing delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Some customers may experience a delay of 4-6 weeks.

1. I SENT AN EMAIL/ Messenger BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REPLY YET?

 

Our customer care team are working their little butts off to get back to you as soon as possible. With our most recent sale plus the current climate, you may experience delays of up to 5 business days. If you are waiting for a response, we ask that you remain patient and refrain from sending a follow-up email as this will contribute to the backlog, and your wait time will be extended.

 

 

During this time we felt it was so important to come together as one big family and provide you with the support and positive vibes needed, We hope you are keeping safe and staying positive, and keeping calm, We will get through this together. We appreciate your extended patience during this time. 

 

 2.Can I place an order?

Yes, orders would take about 2-4 business days to process, and custom products like Dog ID Tag takes about 7- 14 business days to get shipped.

 

 3.What's the status of my order and delivery?

You can track your order and deliveries from Track Your Order, or click the shipping confirmation email we sent for more details. Orders to the United States used to take about 3-12 business days, But some of the orders may experience shipping delays from 2- 4 weeks.  We appreciate your extended patience during this time. 

 

Some of the parcels are not updated on the website in time or not updated almost 2 weeks, please rest assured, they are not lost and still on the transportation, it just needs longer to process. 

 

 4.Is it safe to receive orders?

 5.Worries About Sizes?

If you‘re a new mom and look for dog clothes for your pup, they grow so fast, and please choose 1-2 size UP at least. Please refer to the size chart below product descriptions, FAQ page about sizing, or email us with your pups' exact sizes first before ordering.

 

We no longer accept returns or exchanges based on sizes or claim responsibility for the wrong sizes you choose.

 

What if I followed the guidelines above and chose 2 sizes up still the size does not fit my puppy (30 days delay with promised delivery time)
